2. Director Technical

• Qualification: MBBS (PMDC registered)
• Experience:
  • 8 years in transplant or level-III facilities
  • Preference for administrative roles in transplant orgs

3. Deputy Director Inspection & Registration

• Age Limit: Up to 45 years
• Qualification: MBBS with MPH / MBA / MHA
• Experience: 5 years relevant experience

4. Assistant Director Technical (Multan)

• Location: Multan

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Appointment will be made according to the Contract Policy-2004 & Recruitment Policy-2022 Government of the Punjab.
• Applicants must submit their applications on the prescribed proforma, downloadable from phota.punjab.gov.pk or from the Daily Section at the Office of the Director General/Administrator, PHOTA, 39-Shadman-1, near Shadman Market, Lahore) along with attested copies of the following mandatory documents:
• a. Updated CV (Curriculum Vitae)
• b. All the education Degree/Diploma/Certificates.
• c. Provisional Certificate / Result Card(s)
• d. All the experiences Certificates till the date of applying
• e. PMC/PMDC Registration Certificate (only for doctors).
• f. National Identity Card.
• g. Domicile.
• h. 3-Fresh passport size-colored photographs.
• i. If the applicant has foreign degree must attach HEC equivalence certificate.
• j. Bank draft of Rs. 1,500/- (only for serial numbers 1 to 13) in favor of the Director General/Administrator, PHOTA, Lahore. Applications for these posts will not be considered without the original bank draft.
• Separate applications should be submitted for each post for the Head Office & Organ Procurement Cell/Field Offices (Multan, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad). Separate applications, complete documents, and required bank draft for each post must be sent.

• Selected candidates will be issued offer letters of PHOTA as per rules.
